Das Altbau-Zimmer ist 18 m2 groß und liegt nordseitig in Richtung Metahofgasse in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Im Zimmer ist es nicht laut, da es im 3. Obergeschoss liegt. Zusätzlich hast du einen uneingeschränkten Ausblick direkt in den Metahofpark. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad, einer ganz neuen Küche (inkl. Speis <3) mit Balkonzugang und Platz zum Abhängen, Essen und Tee & Kaffee trinken.

The room in the old building is 18 m2 in size and faces north towards Metahofgasse in a quiet inner courtyard. The room is not noisy as it is on the 3rd floor. You also have an unrestricted view directly into Metahofpark. The apartment has a bathroom, a brand new kitchen with balcony access and space to hang out, eat and drink tea & coffee.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der belebten Annenstraße nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Gemüseläden, Supermärkte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und der Volksgarten sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche hat ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne auf den Metahofpark. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du in 3 Minuten die Innenstadt und in 12 Minuten die KF-Uni bzw. TU. Trotz der Nähe zu Annenstraße ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und bietet die perfekte Lage am Abend auf einen Spritzer zum Lendplatz zu spazieren.

The apartment is in the lively Annenstraße not far from the central station. A greengrocer, supermarkets, public transport, and the Volksgarten are right outside the door. The kitchen has a beautiful view of the Metahofpark. By bike, you can reach the city center in 3 minutes and the KF-University or TU in 12 minutes.
Despite the closeness to Annenstraße, the apartment is very quiet and offers the perfect location to walk to Lendplatz in the evening for a drink and enjoy the evening sun.
In der WG wohnen derzeit Nicole und Philip. Lea zieht nach der Beendigung ihrer Masterarbeit im März aus der Wohnung aus. Nicole studiert Architektur und wenn sie nicht gerade auf der Uni ist, liebt sie Spaziergehen und Lesen - davon abgesehen hat sie immer den Überblick, was du in Graz gerade nicht verpassen solltest und auch sonst immer gute Tipps. Philip pendelt zwischen Wien-Graz, das heißt du und Nicole habt die Wohnung auch oft zu zweit. Ansonsten ist Philip gern mit dem Rad unterwegs und hat eine Passion für 3D Drucker.
Beide sind tolle Mitbewohner*innen!
Alles was im Alltag besprochen wird, erfreuen oder nerven kann, ist bei den beiden unkompliziert anzusprechen, wodurch ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe.
Nicole and Philip currently live in the shared flat. Nicole is studying architecture and when she's not at university, Nicole loves going for walks and reading - apart from that, she always has an overview of what you shouldn't miss in Graz and always has good tips.
Philip commutes between Vienna and Graz, which means that you and Lea often share the apartment. Philip also enjoys cycling and has a passion for 3D printers.
Both are great flatmates!
