Die Wohnung liegt im 14. Stock eines Hochhauses in der Leuzenhofgasse. Das Zimmer ist recht groß, lichtdurchflutet, und unmöbliert. Außerdem hat es einen geräumigen Balkon, der nach Westen ausgerichtet ist. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick über den Grazer Westen :)

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Melanie und Sarah. Melanie studiert berufsbegleitend und ist nur am Wochenende da, Sarah ist Vollzeit berufstätig. Wir suchen nach einer weiblichen Mitbewohnerin, idealerweise berufstätig, Studentinnen sind aber auch willkommen, nur bitte keine Hauspartys oder große Besuchergruppen (dafür ist die WG nicht geeignet).
Einzug ab 15. April, allerspätestens jedoch mit 1. Mai (Schlüsselübergabe würde in diesem Fall idealerweise schon 1-2 Tage vorher erfolgen).
Besichtigungen würden idealerweise diese Woche abends oder nächste Woche morgens stattfinden :)
