Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 25 m² sehr geräumig. Außerdem hat es eine Loggia. Da die Wohnung sich im 10ten Stock befindet, hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Stadt.
Bei den 265 Euro sind Betriebskosten, Heizung und Strom inkludiert, hinzu kommen nur noch die Kosten für das Internet.
Das Zimmer, bzw die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang der Keplerstraße und somit Nähe Lendplatz. Busverbindungen 58, 63, 40 und 67 fast direkt vor der Haustür. In der Nähe befindet sich noch ein Bauernmarkt der jeden Vormittg geöffnet hat sowie einige Supermärkte (Spar, Billa, Zielpunkt, Hofer).
Sehr ruhige Lage da das Haus nicht direkt an der Straße liegt sondern über einen Innenhof zu erreichen ist.
Die WG ist eine bunt zusammengefürfelte Truppe aus verschiedenen Ländern, es befindet sich ein Student aus der Ukraine, und zwei Studentinnen aus der Mongolei und Litauen in der Wohnung.
