Ich suche eine/einen MitbewohnerIn für meine 56m2 Wohnung in Graz - Lend. Das 9 m2 teilmoebliertes Zimmer ist mit einem Schlossbergblick und würde 250€ incl Betriebskosten ausmachen. Die Wohnung an sich hat 56m2 und besteht aus Vorraum, Abstellraum, Bad mit Wc und Dusche, Küche, Balkon und den beiden Zimmern.
Kaution: 750€
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss von dem Kunsthaus entfernt und befindet sich in der Marschallgasse.
Ich arbeite schon und ich bin Nichtraucherin.
