Das Zimmer verfügt über 2 Fenster die viel Licht hereinlassen. Im gesamten Zimmer ist ein Laminatboden mit gräulicher Holzoptik verlegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr neuwertig und hat einen modernen Look.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Von dort ist es möglich innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zum Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen.
Die FH Joanneum ist 15 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Diese kann natürlich auch mit der Straßenbahn vom Hauptbahnhof erreicht werden.

The flat is 5 minutes away from the central station. There you can go with a tram to the city center within 5 minutes.
You can reach FH Joanneum in 15 minutes by foot.
Die Wohnung wird mit 2 weiteren Studenten geteilt. Beide studieren an der FH-Joanneum. Gerne wird auch ein Bier zusammen getrunken oder zusammen ein Film angeschaut. Oder auch etwas zusammen unternommen.
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr unkompliziert und es ist auch kein Problem wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte. Es ist keine Party WG.

You share the flat with 2 other students. Both study at the FH-Joanneum. Great guys you can drink a beer with or just watch a film. The WG life is very uncomplicated and it's no problem if you just want to hang out in your room. It's definitely not a party WG.
Es kann bei Bedarf ein Carport Platz gemietet werden. Ansonsten gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten (Grüne Zone) um die Wohnung.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon der über das Zimmer des Mitbewohners oder durch das Fenster erreicht werden kann.
Küche, Bad und Vorraum verfügen über eine Fußbodenheizung.
Die Kosten 330EUR sind fix und beziehen sich auf Miete, Betriebs Kosten, Heiz Kosten und Internet.
Ich gebe die Möbel sehr billig weiter. 550 EUR (gekauft in IKEA vor 3 Jahren für 1400 EUR) das beinhaltet alles außer den Sessel, Hocker und Tisch. Es gibt auch einen schwarzen Tisch der natürlich dazu gehört.
Separates Badezimmer und WC.

It is possible to rent a carport on the spot. There are many parking spaces (green) zone and a free parking space 3 min walking distance north.
There is a balcony accessible thru the window.
The Kitchen and hallway have floor heating.
The price is 330EUR fixed and includes rent, all utilities, heating and internet.
The furniture or parts of it can be taken very cheaply. 550 EUR (it was bought 2 years ago for 1400 EUR). It includes everything except the armchair, leg rest and table. There is a matching dark table that goes with it of course.
