Die nächste Bushaltestelle sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man innerhalb von 3 Gehminuten. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die unmittelbare Umgebung ruhig.
The apartment is very close to the trending district Lendplatz, so basically in the city center of Graz. The main square (10min walk), university, FH (15-20min walk), and main railway station (10min walk) are very close). The next bus stop and grocery stores can be reached within 3 minutes walking. Even though it's in the center, it's still a quiet neighborhood.
