Das Zimmer ist schön hell, da die gesamte Wohnung nach Süden ausgerichtet ist und so den ganzen Tag die Sonne durch die großen Fenster lacht. Falls das einmal zuviel wird, sind Rollos vorhanden.
Ganz speziell und für uns immer wieder cool, ist der Blick auf den Schlossberg, den man ebenfalls von der gesamten Wohnung aus hat.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer einzeln begehbar, hat eine Größe von 27 m² und enthält einen Einbauschrank. Es ist also genügend Stauplatz vorhanden.
Desweiteren bietet die Wohnung jedem Hobbykoch genügend Platz sich in der großzügigen Küche auszutoben.
Das Bad ist neu und auch ansonsten ist alles in Topzustand.

Da die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Keplerstraße liegt sondern im Innenhof, hört man den Straßenlärm zu gut wie gar nicht. Noch dazukommt, dass sich auf beiden Seiten des Hauses Grünflächen befinden, was für zusätzliche Auflockerung sorgt.
Der Lendplatz befindet sich praktisch vor der Haustür und dementsprechend ist auch die Infrastruktur spitze. Neben zahlreichen Geschäften mit längeren Öffnungszeiten als üblich, finden sich jede Menge gute Restaurants und Lokale. Und wenn man gerne regional und saisonal einkauft gibt es am Lendplatz auch einen Bauernmarkt.
Wir sind jedoch meistens mit dem Rad unterwegs, da so alle Universitäten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind und man auch sehr schnell im Zentrum ist.

Die WG wurde mit 01.01.2020 neu gegründet und wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin bzw. einem weiteren Mitbewohner.
Wir, das sind Andreas und Philipp, zwei FH-Studenten des Studiengangs Management internationaler Geschäftsprozesse und wir wohnen nach einem Jahr im Ausland (Zentral- bzw. Südamerika) wieder in unserem Grazer Lieblingsbezirk.
Das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich bei uns unkompliziert und easy going. Wir sind gerne aktiv und gesellig, aber können auch ganz gut nix tun.
