Die Wohnung (ca 100 m², Altbau) besteht aus drei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einer modernen Küche mit Geschirrspüler und einer gemütlichen Sitzecke zum Essen, Trinken und Zusammensitzen, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, einem extra WC sowie einem praktischen Abstellraum. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen gemütlichen Balkon, welcher in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, der zu gemütlichen Abenden einlädt.
Mein Zimmer hat 24 m² und ist in den ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet, bietet sehr viel Stauraum und ist auch der perfekte Rückzugsort 🌞

The apartment ( 100 m²) consists of three separately accessible rooms, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area for eating, drinking and (of course) having good talks together <3, a separate bathroom with a washing machine, an extra toilet and a practical storage room. In addition to that, the apartment has a cozy balcony, which faces the backyard, inviting you to spend cute evenings with the others.
My room has 24 m² and faces the quiet courtyard, offers a lot of space, and is also the perfect place to concentrate on university tasks 🌞

Das Lendviertel ist mit vielen netten Lokalen und einem Bauernmarkt nur wenige Schritte von unserer Wohnung entfernt.
Hofer, Biller, Dm und Spar sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Hauptplatz geht man maximal 5 Minuten, die KF-Uni sowie FH sind mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alle Straßenbahnlinien sind zu Fuß in drei Minuten erreichbar (Südtirolerplatz bzw. Schlossbergplatz) und diverse Busse befinden sich am Lendplatz um die Ecke 😊

With many nice restaurants and a daily market, the lend-district is only a few steps away.
Supermarkets you can reach within a few minutes walking distance, to the main square you walk a max. of 5 minutes.
The University, as well as FH-Joanneum, are reachable by bike in 10 minutes. The Tram station is just 3 minutes away (Südtirolerplatz or Schlossbergplatz) and various buses are around the corner at the Lendplatz 😊

Meine zwei wirklich lieben Mitbewohnerinnen (20/26) studieren Soziale Arbeit an der FH in Graz und Energietechnik an der Montanuniversität in Leoben.
In unserer WG lässt sichs gut und gerne gemeinsam kochen :) Bleibt keine Zeit für einen gemeinsamen Kochabend, freuen wir uns immer über gemütliche Tratscheinheiten mit Wein, Bier oder Tee in der Küche oder am Balkon. In unserer gemütlichen und schönen Altbauwohnung fühlt man sich schnell wohl und zuhause. Deshalb ist es uns auch wichtig, regelmäßig zu putzen und die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu halten.
Außerdem lieben wir tiefgründige Gespräche und haben immer ein offenes Ohr 🌞

I'm sharing the flat with two lovely roommates (20/26). They study social work at the University of Applied Sciences in Graz and power engineering at the University in Leoben.
In our shared flat we love cooking together and watching trash tv :) When there is no time for an evening together, we are always happy about cozy get-togethers with wine, beer, or tea in the kitchen (or balcony). In our beautiful apartment, you quickly feel comfortable and at home. That's why it's also important for us to clean regularly and to keep the common areas clean.
Also, we love deep conversations and spending time together but sometimes it's good to have a comfortable place of retreat in your own room 🌞
