Vermiete ab 15.09.2021 das zweite Zimmer meiner zweier-WG und suche ein Mitbewohni/Mitbewohner*In , mit dems passt.
Das Zimmer ist 12m2 groß, frisch ausgemalt und mit Altbauparkett. Bett und Matratze sind schon vorhanden. Weiters ist auch eine Ablage für Kleidung/Kleiderhaken vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist nordseitig ausgerichtet.
It´s the second room of my two-room-apartment, about 12m2 in size, bed and matress is available (1,40m width), and there is one shelf for wardrobe mounted inside aswell.

viele Schulen in der Umgebung, geschäftige Straße (Kalvariengürtel) aber ebenso.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehentfernung, Taxistand gleich nebenan.

Lots of buslines crossing there, lots of schools in the surrounding, so therefore quite quiet around (except the busy street of kalvariengürtel nearby)

In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, Geschirrspüler kommt irgendwann im September. Relativ kleines Bad mit Dusche, dafür verhältnismäßig große Küche. Zimmer getrennt begehbar vom Flur aus. Die Wohnung ist nordseitig gelegen im dritten Stock ohne Lift. Haustiere wie Hunde und Katzen sind nicht erwünscht.
Mir ist ein gutes Verhältnis zu meinem Mitbewohnenden wichtig. Es sollte keine reine Zweck-WG sein, sondern ein gemeinsames miteinander im Haushalt, beim Kochen oder auch beim Einkauf. Konkretes wird beim Einzug besprochen.
Diese Wohnung ist VEGAN lebend und legt Wert auf eine gute Kommunikationsbasis und Aufgabenteilung im WG-Leben.
Lgbtqia*+ friendly, Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Gesundheit, einfaches Leben.

In the shared apartment we got a washingmachine, a new dishwasher will aswell be there in october.
the bathroom is really small, but therefore the kitchen is bigger an the community space. both rooms are separetely accesible for the corridor. the room is situated towards the north. it´s in the thrid floor without elevator!
it´s not allowed to bring pets.
I´d wish to have a good relationship to the new flatmate*. It´s a smaal space for community and therefore i´d loke to keep an open and equal communication base and shared responsibilities for groceries, ooking, cleaning etc. we´re definitely going to talk about that if you move in, first.
I am VEGAN, so for me there is no option for meat eaters to store there dead animals in the fridge.
