In unserer 3er WG wird ab Anfang Februar ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer (Miete: 350€, Kaution: 925€) bietet mit ca. 15m2 genug Platz, um dir einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort einzurichten. Das Fenster ist auf Straßenseite ausgerichtet - bei der Straße handelt es sich jedoch um eine wenig befahrene Seitenstraße und es ist sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und Mikel, der zurzeit in diesem Zimmer wohnt, würde für die Ablöse aller Möbel 200€ verlangen (s. Fotos). Die Küche mit Sitzecke, Badezimmer und WC werden von allen Mitbewohnern benutzt und sind vollausgestattet. Der kleine, für das gesamte Haus zugängliche Innenhof kann bei Bedarf zum Rauchen genutzt werden.
English version: In our 3-person shared flat a room will be available from the beginning of February 2022. The room (rent: 350€, deposit: 925€) offers with about 15m2 enough space to set up a cozy retreat for you. The window is facing the street - but there's only little traffic and it's very quiet both during the day and at night. The room is fully furnished and Mikel, who currently lives in this room, would ask for 200€ as transfer-fee for all the furniture (see photos). The kitchen with sitting area, the bathroom and the toilet are used by all roommates and are fully equipped. The small courtyard, accessible to the entire house, can be used for smoking if necessary.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in idealer Lage. Sowohl Lendplatz, als auch Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen für Transporte ins Zentrum, zur Universität und zum Hauptbahnhof sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, DM, Hofer, Bipa, Bauernmarkt...) und Lokale sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Falls du gerne Joggen oder Spazieren gehst, musst du nur die Straße überqueren und findest dich direkt auf dem Murradweg wieder.
English version: The apartment is perfectly located. Lendplatz, as well as bus and tram stops to the citycenter, the university and the main train station are within a few minutes walk. Also shopping facilities (Spar, Billa, DM, Hofer, Bipa, farmers market...) and pubs are only a few minutes walk away. If you like running or walking in nature, you only have to cross the street and find yourself directly on the Mur bike path.
Die WG würdest du dir mit uns: Mariella (25, Soziale Arbeit) und Stefanie (25, Anglistik und Germanistik) teilen. Ein gemütliches und offenes Zusammenleben ist uns sehr wichtig. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen, beim Fortgehen oder beim Quatschen über Gott & die Welt. Auch wenn wir ein freundschaftliches WG-Leben pflegen, respektieren wir den Freiraum & die Privatsphäre der anderen. Es ist also völlig in Ordnung, wenn sich jeder mal in seine eigenen vier Wände zurückzieht.
English version: You would share the flat with us: Mariella (25, Social Work) and Stefanie (25, English and German Studies). A comfortable and open atmosphere is very important to us. We like to spend time together, be it cooking, going out or chatting about pretty much everything. Even though we maintain an amicable flat life, we respect each other's spaces & privacy. So it's totally fine if you also need time just by yourself.
Falls dir die Beschreibung zusagt und du gerade auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer bist, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du dich bei uns meldest.
Das Zimmer wäre bis Ende August 2022 verfügbar, da wir dann beide unser Studium beenden werden. Daher wäre der Zeitraum auch perfekt für Erasmus-Student*innen.
English version: The room would be available until the end of August 2022, as we will both finish our studies by then. Therefore, the period would also be perfect for Erasmus students.
