Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Stadtzentrum (5 min Gehdistanz) und dem lebhaften Lendplatz (2 min Gehdistanz). Bus sowie Straßenbahnhaltestellen in alle Richtungen befinden sich mehr oder weniger vor der Haustür. Eine Vielzahl an Geschäften, Restaurants, Imbissbuden, Cafes und Bars befinden sich außerdem in Gehweite. Aufgrund der guten öffentlichen Verkehrslage lässt sich jede der vielen verschiedenen Grazer Unis (oder auch jeder andere Arbeitsplatz) einfach und in kürzester Zeit erreichen.

The flat is located close to the city center (5-min walk) and vibrant Lendplatz (2-min walk) with tram and bus stations in any direction basically on its doorstep. There is also a host of stores, restaurants, takeaways, bars and cafes in walking distance. Due to the good public transport situation, you can reach any of Graz's many universities (or any other workplace) with ease and in no time.

Mein Mitbewohner Maurice ist 25 Jahre alt und macht im Moment ein Praktikum bei Mercedes Benz, wofür er montags bis freitags meistens von 6:00 - 17:00 außer Haus ist. Nächstes Jahr möchte er ein Fahrzeugtechnik Studium an der FH beginnen. Obwohl sich unsere Tagespläne somit kaum überschneiden haben wir ein freundliches Miteinander und schaffen es unsere jeweiligen Wünsche zu respektieren, ohne dass dabei jemand auf gewisse Freiheiten verzichten muss. Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer bietet sich abends perfekt für tiefgründige Gespräche an und ist auch ein beliebter Treffpunkt für meine Freunde, welche Maurice immer mit offenen Armen begrüßt. Wenn es einen Grund zu feiern gibt, verwandelt es sich auch gerne in einem Festsaal, in dem gut gegessen, getrunken und getanzt wird.

I'm 24 years old and I'm currently completing two MA degrees, one in English and American Studies as well as teaching My roommate Maurice is 25 years old and is currently doing an internship at Mercedes Benz, for which he is usually out of the house from 6:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Next year he would like to start studying automotive engineering at FH Joanneum. Although our daily schedules hardly overlap, we have a friendly relationship and manage to respect each other's wishes without anyone having to give up certain freedoms. The shared living room is perfect for deep conversations in the evenings and is also a popular meeting place for my friends, whom Maurice always welcomes with open arms. When there's a reason to celebrate, it also frequently turns into an ideal party veneue for good eating, drinking and dancing.

Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für ein Zimmer in meiner WG. Grundsätzlich sind beide Räume zum selben Preis verfügbar und wir können uns darauf einigen, wer welches Zimmer möchte. Die Schlafzimmermöbel im gartenseitigen Schlafzimmer sind gegen Ablöse verfügbar. Zimmern können bei Bedarf auch komplett neu eingerichtet werden. Einzug bei Bedarf auch erst ab Oktober/November möglich.

I am looking for a new tenant for a room in my shared flat. Basically both rooms are available at the same price and we can agree on who wants which room. The bedroom furniture in the room facing the garden can be obtained through purchase. If wanted the room can also can be newly furnished by the new tenant. If necessary it is also possible to only move in at the beginning of October/November.
