Das Zimmer ist bereits voll eingerichtet, ideal für ein Auslandssemester o.ä.. Es wird genug Platz für eine Kleidung und ähnliches zur Verfügung geben. Fernseher kann natürlich benutzt werden.
Die WG selbst befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber deutlich über dem Straßenniveau, reinschauen ist nicht möglich.

The room is fully furnished which makes it ideal for a semester abroad. There's enough room for your own clothing etc. Naturally the TV can be used freely.
The flat itself is in the first floor, but since it's above street level, noone can see inside.

Am meisten gefällt mir, dass man mit dem Rad super schnell in der Innenstadt / Uni / TU ist und der Schlossberg direkt neben an ist.
Ein Supermarkt (Spar) ist weniger als 100m entfernt und die Bim/Straßenbahn Station etwa 200m.
Die Straße ist wenig befahren, man kann problemlos mit offenem Fenster arbeiten.
Im WG Zimmer wird es im Sommer nie zu heiß, da es nordseitig ausgerichtet ist. Im Winter bleibt es mit minimalem heizen auch warm.

What I like most is that you can get to the city center / university / TU super fast by bike and the Schlossberg is right next door.
A supermarket (Spar) is less than 100m away and the tram station about 200m.
The street has little traffic, you can easily work while keeping the window open.
The room never gets too hot in summer, as it is north-facing. In winter it remains warm with minimal heating.

Die beiden WG Kollegen (m21, f29) sind ruhig und reserviert. Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad bleiben auch mit wenig Aufwand sauber, weil jeder darauf schaut.
