Your future room has 19 square metres and offers a lot of space. From the window you look directly onto the Schlossberg and are greeted by the sunrise in the morning (unless you have the blinds down - morning grouches can sleep in 😉). It has high ceilings and beautiful new parquet flooring. The whole flat has underfloor heating and super windows so you can't hear the street.
The flat is a 79 m² modern renovated old building flat on the third floor directly at Lendplatz. It is flooded with light and you have a great view of the Schlossberg on one side and the Plabutsch on the other.
The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to spend evenings together. Everything is available in the flat, from kitchen appliances to washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a cosy balcony.
The rent includes internet, heating, household insurance,... included.
The location of the flat is super central and well connected. The city centre is in the immediate vicinity, shopping facilities of all kinds (Spar, Interspar, Hofer, Billa, DM, small shops etc.) are just around the corner. Bus and tram lines are within easy reach.
Lendplatz is only a 3-minute walk away.
Here you will find the farmers' market in the morning and a lively gathering between market stalls and wine bars during the day. A spontaneous after-work beer together outside the flat is therefore very uncomplicated. A walk along the nearby Mur can also be arranged quickly.
You will live together with me, Gunther (29 years old, grounded, genuine, goofy). I am working full time and am available especially in the afternoons/evenings and on weekends for cosy conversations about everybody and his dog. (probably more about his dog) I am happy to share cooking evenings, extended Sunday breakfasts, weekend excursions or a glass of wine on the balcony. I wish for open and honest communication in living together. In no case do I want to live in an anonymous shared flat, but I also think it is very important that everyone can withdraw in peace and quiet whenever they want.
The room is available from February to June. However, the move-in date is flexible. The room is fully furnished but of course you will have enough storage space in the room
