WG - Neugründung in wunderschönen Altbauwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der belebten Annenstraße nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Ein Gemüseladen, Supermärkte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und der Volksgarten sind direkt vor der Tür. Dein Zimmer ist hat einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne auf den Metahofpark. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du in 3 Minuten die Innenstadt und in 12 Minuten die KF-Uni bzw. TU. Trotz der Nähe zu Annenstraße ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und bietet die perfekte Lage am Abend auf einen Spritzer zum Lendplatz zu spazieren.

The apartment is in the lively Annenstraße not far from the central station. A greengrocer, supermarkets, public transport, and the Volksgarten are right outside the door. Your room has a beautiful view of the Metahofpark. By bike, you can reach the city center in 3 minutes and the KF-University or TU in 12 minutes.
Despite the closeness to Annenstraße, the apartment is very quiet and offers the perfect location to walk to Lendplatz in the evening for a drink and enjoy the evening sun.

In der WG wohnen Lea (Architekturstudentin) und Nicole (auch Architekturstudentin). Wir beziehen die Wohnung neu, was eine tolle Möglichkeit ist, dieWohnung zu dritt nach unser aller Vorlieben zu gestalten. Wir wollen gemeinsam Kochen, Reden und interessieren uns beide für Kultur. Ansonsten ist Lea gerne Draussen in der Natur und macht gerne Sport. Nicole geht auch gern Spazieren und liest gern.

Im Haus und auch in den Häusern weiter wohnen ganz viel andere liebe Menschen mit denen wir eine enge Gemeinschaft pflegen. Wir freuen uns immer über neue liebe Begegnungen und falls du Lust auf eine solidarische WG hast, bist du hier genau richtig!

Lea (an architecture student) and Nicole (also an architecture student) live in the shared flat. We are moving into a new apartment, which is a great opportunity for the three of us to design the apartment according to all our preferences. We want to cook together, talk, and are both interested in culture. Otherwise, Lea likes to be outside in nature and do sports. Nicole also likes walking and reading.

In the house and also in the houses further away live many other lovely people with whom we maintain a close community. We are always happy to meet new people and if you feel like living in a shared flat, this is the right place for you!

Sexismus, Rassismus, Anti-Semitismus, Ableismus und jegliche weitere Formen der Diskriminierung haben hier kein Platz!

Da wir selber erst im November einziehen, würden wir uns freuen die Wohnung mit dir gemeinsam einzurichten und sehen das ganze als Gemeinschaftsprojekt. Uns ist es wichtig, dass sich jede*r bei uns Wohl fühlt. Grundausstattung für Küche, Bad und WC sind jedoch vorhanden. Die Gemeinschaftsflächen müssten noch gestaltet werden.
Leider können wir die Stromkosten noch nicht genau einschätzen, aber 290 € ist bereits sehr großzügig berechnet.

Since we ourselves only move in November, we would be happy to furnish the apartment together with you and see the whole thing as a community project. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable here. Basic equipment for the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet is available. The common areas still need to be designed.
Unfortunately, we can not yet accurately estimate the electricity costs, but 290 € is already very generously calculated.
