In unserer hellen, großen 3er WG in der Nähe vom lebendigen Lendplatz wird mit Februar 2023 ein WG-Zimmer frei. Derzeit wohnen dort Lorenz, 25 und Brian,22.
Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 20 m2 und die Möbel können gerne bei Bedarf übernommen werden. (nach Absprache) Die Wohnung ist renovierter Altbau und somit auch an heißen Sommertagen ziemlich kühl. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger und einiges an Küchengeräte)
Durch die geniale Lage am Lendplatz ist man in 5 min mit dem Rad und in 15 min zu Fuß am Hauptplatz . Außerdem kommt man in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zur FH Joanneum, zur FH Campus 02, zur KF Uni und in 15 min zur Neuen Technik.
Spar und Hofer sind gleich ums Eck.
Wir haben einen großen Balkon an dem gerne hin und wieder ein Bierchen gemeinsam getrunken wird.
Ausgezeichnete Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ;)
