Für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters von Februar bis Mai möchte ich mein WG Zimmer zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Haus WG in einem Einfamilienhaus mit eigenem Garten und Katze. Es ist vollständig möbeliert, so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Puntigam, einer entspannten Wohngegend. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und auch ein Spar, der bis 23:00 geöffnet hat (auch Sonntags). Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Den TU Campus Innfeldgasse erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten, ins Zentrum etwas länger.
Es werden zwei Studenten (Maschinenbau und Erdwissenschaften) und ein Berufstätiger mit dir zusammenwohnen. Unsere große Küche und das zusätzliche Wohnzimmer bieten reichlich Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen, der Verkostung von Hopfenkaltschalen und N64 Wettkämpfen. Im Sommer wird der große Garten regelmäßig für Grillereien verwendet.

Hello there!
For the duration of my Erasmus trip from February to May, I am looking for someone to rent my room for that time. If you're also on Erasmus, the dates should almost coincide.
Your room will be fully furnished and has a window to our garden. Our house is in a residential area outside the city centre, but the TU campus "Innfeldgasse" still is only 15 min by bike. A tram station is a 3 minute walk away. Around the corner are some supermarkets, including one that opens until 23:00, even on sundays. Your roomates will be two students (mechanincal engineering and geology) and one working. We enjoy N64, trash-movie nights, cooking and of course in the summer have a lot of BBQ in the garden.
There is also a cat hanging around.
