Weil eine von uns im Sommersemester Erasmus macht, haben wir in dieser Zeit ein schönes lichtdurchflutetes 20m2-Zimmer frei. Vom Zimmer kommt man direkt auf einen großen Balkon mit Couch, auf der sich die Sonne super genießen lässt. Über den genauen Ein- und Auszugstermin können wir gerne reden. Das Zimmer liegt in einer gemütlichen 4er-WG. Vom 3. Stock hast einen super Blick auf den Park gegenüber. Neben unseren eigenen Schlafzimmern teilen wir uns noch eine kleine aber feine Küche mit Essbereich und Balkon, der zum gemeinsamen Essen einlädt und ein vom Bad getrenntes WC.

As one of us is doing Erasmus in the summer semester, we have a nice light-flooded 20m2 room available during this time. The room has direct access to a large balcony with a couch where you can really enjoy the sun. We are happy to discuss the exact move-in and move-out dates. The room is in a cozy flat share for 4 people. From the 3rd floor you have a great view of the park opposite. In addition to our own bedrooms, we share a small but nice kitchen with dining area and balcony, which invites you to eat together, and a separate toilet from the bathroom.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen St. Leonhard, einem Viertel mit vielen Familien und Studierenden. Die WG ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Alten TU entfernt. Auch Karl-Franzens-, Kunst- und Med-Uni kannst du mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen.
Verschiedene Supermärkte, Bäckereien oder Apotheken und eigentlich alles, was man sonst so zum Leben braucht, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Dank der zentralen Lage dauert es auch ins Zentrum nicht lange. Zu verschiedenen Bus- und Bim-Haltestellen (Linien 1, 3, 7, 63, 64, 23) ist es nicht weit, wodurch man auch überall sonst in Graz gut hinkommt.

Our apartment is located in beautiful quarter St. Leonhard, a neighborhood with many families and students. The shared flat is just a few minutes' walk from the old campus of the Technical University. You can also reach Karl-Franzens-University, the University of Arts (KUG) and the Medical University in a few minutes by bike or foot.
Various supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and everything else you need to live are in the direct surroundings of the apartment. Thanks to the central location, it doesn't take long to get to the city center either. It is not far to various bus and streetcar stops (lines 1, 3, 7, 63, 64, 23), making it easy to get anywhere else in Graz.
Wir sind alle 21 oder 22 Jahre alt und studieren ganz unterschiedliche Dinge. Sophie hat vor kurzem ihren Master in Global Studies begonnen, Pascale macht Molekularbiologie und Pauli studiert Journalismus & PR.
Wenn wir alle da sind, verbringen wir in der WG viel & gerne Zeit miteinander. Regelmäßig kochen wir zusammen, verbringen gemütliche Filme- oder Spieleabende oder verfangen uns in langen Gesprächen. Aber auch gelegentliche Ausflüge, Spikeball- und Tischtennis-Spiele (im Park gegenüber) oder wir gehen feiern.
ENGLISH:
We are all 21 or 22 years old and are studying very different things. Sophie has recently started her Master's in Global Studies, Pascale is doing Molecular Biology and Pauli is studying Journalism & PR.
When we are all here, we enjoy spending time together in the shared flat. We regularly cook together, spend cozy movie or game nights or get caught up in long conversations. But we also go on occasional trips, play spikeball and table tennis (in the park around the corner) or go out partying.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 350€ Zimmer.
Hinzu kommen Kosten für Strom und WLAN für 30€. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit allem, was man so braucht.
