Das Zimmer hat ca. 27 qm und wirkt riesig. Es ist ein Altbau und deshalb sind die Decken auch sehr hoch, was den Raum nochmal größer macht. Es gibt ein großes Fenster mit äußeren Rollos, mit denen man das Zimmer komplett verdunkeln kann. Es gibt einen älteren Fischgrätparkettboden, der sehr hübsch und gut in Schuss ist. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich nie zu beheizen, hatte die Heizung dieses Jahr vielleicht 3x an, was sehr praktisch ist, der Boden ist auch nie kalt. Es ist sehr leise. Da die Wohnung in einer Querstraße liegt. Von den Nachtbarn hört man auch nur sehr selten was.
Das Zimmer hat bereits einige Möbel, die ich da lassen möchte. (Großer Schrank, ausziehbare Couch, Schreibtisch und Bett (140cm))
Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Eine Küche mit Essbereich, einen wunderschönen Balkon, getrenntes WC vom Bad und das Bad (mit Fenster) hat sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne. Es gibt auch noch einen sehr großen Flur und eine Abstellkammer, sowie ein großes Kellerabteil.

The room has about 27 sqm and is very spatious. It is an old beautiful building and the room has a lot of light. It is very cozy and beautiful and super quiet all the time. It is located in a small street and very close to the city center.
It has beautiful wooden floors and the room can be completely darkened with the blinds.
We never had to use the heating because it in the winter the flat is quite warm and in the summer very nice cool temperature.
It has some furniture like a wardrobe, bed, couch and desk.
The flat is has all it needs and a cute balcony which overlooks the green garden. It is perfect for summer days and nights and we love to hang out there. The kitchen has all appliances and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, the toilet is in an extra room.
We also have a cellar and an extra storage room.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man kann vom Balkon aus die Herz-Jesu-Kirche sehen. Man ist in ungefähr einer Minute bei der Bim-Haltestelle Mandellstraße (Linie 3), der alten TU und dem Tribeka (was in der Klausurenphase ein Lebensretter sein kann). Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr leise, da die Straße kaum befahren wird.
In 3 Minuten mit der Bim oder 8 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Jakominiplatz. Andere Haltestellen wie der Kaiser-Josef-Platz oder der Dietrichsteinplatz sind ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Bim 6 und 1, 7).
Bei der KFU ist man zu Fuß in 14 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in 5. Die FH Joanneum erreicht man in ca. 16 Minuten mit Bim oder Fahrrad. Die TU ist gleich vor der Tür.

The location of the flat is perfect for Graz. You can walk in about 5 minutes to the centre and the tram is located right in front of the street. You can reach TU Graz in a few walking minutes and KFU is by bike about 5 mins. Also FH Joanneum can be reached easily with public transport.
Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Therese und Bianca. Beide super liebe Studentinnen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und man kann super Zeit mit ihnen verbringen nach einem langen Unitag.
Bei uns in der WG ist es immer sauber, es gibt einen Putzplan, und zusätzlich schaut jeder, dass das meiste immer weggeräumt ist. Zusätzlich ist ein respektvoller Umgang wichtig.

The two roommates are Therese and Bianca. They are so nice and respectful and we spent a lot of time together for eating or for an Aperol Spritz. We try to keep the flat clean and have a plan for cleaning every week.

Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel da lassen, da können wir uns sicher auf was einigen :)
Die Wohnung würde sich auch für das Semester anbieten, da man bis Februar kündigen kann.
