Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß und befindet ich im dritten Stock. Es hat zwei große Fenster Richtung Süd-Osten, weshalb das Zimmer den ganzen Tag direktes Sonnenlicht abbekommt. Vorhänge und eine Deckenlampe, sowie 2 Wand-Strahler, sind vorhanden, ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Die hohe Decke und der Holzboden bieten Altbau-Charme.
Die WG befindet sich in einer besonders ruhigen Straße in St. Leonhardt. Nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist die Bim-Haltestelle Krenngasse, sowie die praktische Buslinie 63. Zum Lidl und zum Spar sind es auch nur 7 Gehminuten und das Cafe Auer Schillerhof ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Auch nach dem Fortgehen im Uni-Viertel kann man gut zu Fuß nach Hause gehen.
Nachdem ich Ende Februar ausziehen werde bleiben noch Matteo und Dominik in der WG. Matteo studiert Jus und Dominik Medizin. Die beiden sind viel mit der Uni beschäftigt, wünschen sich aber ein offenes Zusammenleben, sodass man sich auch gerne mal abends in der Küche zum Quatschen oder Essen zusammensetzt.
