Das Zimmer ist gleich zur Eingangstür, das erste auf der rechten Seite. Es ist groß mit Parkettboden. Eine riesige Fensterwand ist gleich gegenüber der Zimmer Tür. Auf der einen Seite der Fenster steht das Bett und auf der anderen das Sofa samt Tisch. Ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Regal und ein Schrank schmücken das Zimmer noch aus.
Neben unseren eigenen Schlafzimmern teilen wir uns noch eine kleine aber feine Küche mit Essbereich und Balkon, der zum gemeinsamen Essen einlädt, ein vom Bad getrenntes WC und einen zweiten, größeren Balkon mit Couch, auf der sich die Sonne super genießen lässt.

The room is right by the front door, the first on the right. It is large with parquet flooring. A huge wall of windows is directly opposite the room door. There is a bed on one side of the window and a sofa and table on the other. A desk with a chair, a shelf and a wardrobe also decorate the room.
In addition to our own bedrooms, we also share a small but nice kitchen with a dining area and balcony, which invites you to eat together, a separate toilet from the bathroom and a second, larger balcony with a sofa where you can really enjoy the sunshine.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen St. Leonhard, wenige Gehminuten von der Alten TU entfernt. Auch Karl-Franzens-, Kunst- und Med-Uni kannst du mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen. Die FH Joanneum erreichst du ohne Umsteigen mit der Straßenbahn oder mit dem Rad.
Verschiedene Supermärkte, Bäckereien oder Apotheken und eigentlich alles, was man sonst so zum Leben braucht, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Dank der zentralen Lage dauert es auch ins Zentrum nicht lange. Zu verschiedenen Bus- und Bim-Haltestellen (Linien 1, 3, 7, 63, 64, 13) ist es nicht weit, wodurch man auch überall sonst in Graz gut hinkommt.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful St. Leonhard, a few minutes walk from the Old TU. You can also reach Karl-Franzens-, Kunst- and Medizinische-Universität by bike or on foot in a few minutes. The FH Joanneum can be reached by tramor bike without changing trains.
Various supermarkets, bakeries or pharmacies and actually everything else you need for life is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Thanks to the central location, it does not take long to get to the center. It is not far to various bus and tram stops (lines 1, 3, 7, 63, 64, 13), which makes it easy to get everywhere else in Graz.
German:
Das WG-Leben bei uns zu viert war immer sehr harmonisch und hat zu tollen Freundschaften geführt. Allerdings sind jetzt zwei von uns nicht da über den Sommer, deshalb vermieten wir zwei Zimmer unter.
Wir sind offene und bei Wunsch auch gesellige Menschen. Allerdings ist neben gemeinsamen Spieleabenden oder Gesprächen in der Küche die Zeit alleine nicht zu vergessen.
Für die Sauberkeit haben wir einen Putzplan mit wöchentlicher Rotation der Aufgaben.

The four of us living in a shared flat was always very harmonious and led to great friendships. However, two of us are now away for the summer, so we are subletting two rooms.
We are open and sociable people. However, in addition to games evenings together or chats in the kitchen, time alone should not be forgotten.
We have a cleaning schedule with a weekly rotation of tasks.
