Schönes Altbauzimmer mit Parkettboden und einer Raumhöhe von 3,30 m. Man hat nie das Gefühl, dass einem "die Decke auf den Kopf fällt".
Das Zimmer/Fenster ist auf der Hofseite, mit schöner Aussicht auf die Natur und ist außerdem sehr ruhig.
Rollläden sind vorhanden (Sonnenschutz bzw. Dunkelheit beim Schlafen).
Gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre und keine Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern.

Die Morellenfeldgasse hat eine sehr günstige Lage:

- Die BIM Haltestelle Lichtenfelsgasse/Kunstuni ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
- Billa ist direkt eine Straße weiter für schnelle Einkäufe.
- Die Universität ist in ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Fahrrad 5 Minuten.

Deine beiden WG Kollegen sind Fabian "Knopfi" (22) und Philipp (23).
Knopfi studiert BWL an der Karl-Franzens Universität und geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio.
Philipp studiert Pharmazie ebenfalls an der Karl-Franzens Universität und probiert sich gerne kulinarisch aus.
Die Küche und der Balkon sind unsere Kommunikations-Hotspots. Auch Privatsphäre wird großgeschrieben und mit dem Schließen deiner Tür hast du Zeit für dich selbst.
Wenn es passt und wer will, wird auch gemeinsam gekocht.

In den Nebenkosten sind alle anderen Kosten, wie z.B. Stromkosten, Fernwärme, WLAN und ORF Abgabe enthalten.
