da ich leider aus meiner Wg ausziehe, suche ich jemanden, der für einen Monat einzieht (zwecks Kündigungsfrist). Ideal für Wohnungssuchende, Praktikanten, Sprachkursteilnehmer etc...
Die WG bietet alles, was man so zum Leben braucht...voll möbliert, Küche mit Spülmaschine und Gemeinschaftsecke mit Fernseher, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Duschkabine.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Tischlampe, großes Bett, Stuhl, Schrank), Innenhoflage.
Mit der WG kommen auch zweit nette Mitbewohner: Caro und Erik, beide Studenten.:)
Die Besichtigungen ab sofort bis zum 21. Dezember und ab dem 9. Januar.

I'm looking for someone to rent my room for 1 month. Ideal as headquarters for flat hunting, short internships, language courses....
The flat is fully furnished, and satisfies all the needs you should have...The room to let is about 15m2, fully furnished (desk, chair, big closet, big bed). There is a big kitchen with a dishwasher, couch and TV. The bathroom offers a washing machine, a bath tub as well as a shower cabin.
Inhabitants: Caroline and Erik, both students and very nice.:)
Viewings till December 21st and from January 9th (in between we are on holidays:) ).
