Die Wohnung hat 136 m², das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 30 m². Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig mit Südwest Balkon.
Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche sind vollmöbliert. Nur das zu vermietende Zimmer ist bis auf einen Kleiderschrank leer.
Es gibt noch ein Abstellkammerl und eine begehbare Garderobe.
Im Winter sind durch die Stromheizung mit Nachtspeicheröfen eher niedrige Temperaturen in der Wohnung. (Nichts was sich nicht mit einem dicken Pulli ausgleichen ließe ;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut; Verkehrsanbindung top; direkte Nähe zur TU Graz (1 min) und Karl Franzens Uni Graz;
Suche einen ruhigen Mitbewohner (bin berufstätig); Sauberkeit in den gemeinsamen Räumen versteht sich von selbst.
