Hi,
da ich relativ spontan ausziehe, gebe ich mein 22qm grosses Zimmer mit riesigem Balkon (etwa 8qm) in den ruhigen und gruenen Hinterhof schon zum 1. Juli ab.
Die ganze Wohnung hat 200qm und ist in einem sehr schoenen Altbau mitten in St. Leonhard. Es gibt ein getrenntes Bad, WC & Dusche. Die Kueche ist auch ziemlich gross, mit 2 Sofas und allem was man so braucht...
Ausserdem ist noch ein grosser Wandschrank in dem Zimmer in dem man locker alle Kleider unterbringt.
Der Stadtpark ist gleich um die Ecke (100m) und die Bim-Linie 1 & 7 (Jakomini / Bahnhof) und ein Spar auch... und in die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuss nur etwa 5 min...
Naja, kommt einfach mal vorbei und schaut es euch an...
Evtl geht auch ein einzug Mitte Juli erst, weil es jetzt ja schon etwas knapp ist...
