Die WG liegt schön in der Mitte von St. Leonhard. Es ist das kleinere Zimmer in einer 3er WG und wartet auf einen Nachmieter.
Leider gibts keinen Balkon oder Garten.
Die WG befindet sich in einem Altbau, wurde jedoch vor ca. 5 Jahren generalsaniert. Die allgemeine Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen:
- voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowellenherd und Geschirrspüler
- Waschmaschine
- richtige Dusche mit eigener Kabine
- Internet
- 2 Kühlschränke
- 1 Tiefkühlschrank
Bei Bedarf können einzelne Möbelstücke übernommen werden.
Die WG ist wohnbeihilfefähig.
Straßenbahn der Linie 1 und 7 gleich um die Ecke. Bus der Linie 63/64 direkt vorm Haus.
Zur Haupt-Uni wie zur alten TU sind es ca. 7 min zu Fuß.
Man ist auch gleich im Grazer Stadtpark.
Spar und Billa sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
