We are looking for flatmate for a room of 16m2 in our flatshare-community! We live in a House with a 200m2-garden. We are 4 people - you will be the 4th! Now we are 1 girl and 2 boy. The house is in the near of Leonhardstraße and is - with bike - from University of Art just 5 min away. To KF-University you need also just 8 min. The TU-University in Rechbauerstraße just 5 min away.
Stadtpark or City is with bike also just like 7 min away.
You have also Tram Nr. 7 and Tram Nr. 1 where you can reach for example Jakominiplatz / Hauptplatz (City-core) in also less then 10 min.
Your Room:
It is 16m2 and is on the lower floor of the house. The house is in a very calm und sunny area and have a big garden (200m2) a little warehouse, a garret and a celler (where you can also keep your stuff).
In the Room is some little shelf, wardrobe and a desk.
In the house is also a guest-bed with TV - that means you can invite friends to stay!
The rent is: 300 EUR
Deposit: jeweils 795,--
