Da ich ein Auslandsemester mache, suche ich für 4 Monate eine liebe Zwischenmieterin für unsere Mädels 2er WG :)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, sehr hell und hat einen eigenen Balkon, von dem du eine wunderbare Aussicht zum Tegetthoffplatz hast.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 75 qm groß und beinhaltet eine heimelige Wohnküche (Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank+ Gefrierfach), Bad ( inkl. Waschmaschine), extra WC, Vorraum, Abstellraum, Kellerabteil und super gemütliches WG Klima mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin (21).
Die Miete beläuft sich mit allem drum und dran (Strom, Heizung, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung) auf 400 Euro im Monat.
