Es wird Wert auf ein aktives gemeinsames WG Leben gelegt. In diesem Sinne wird oft zusammen gekocht und es werden regelmäßig Spieleabende/Filmabende mit Freunden veranstaltet.
Es wird auch wert auf einen fairen und offennen Diskurs gelegt. Falls es Probleme jeglicher Art gibt kann man immer mit allen reden.
