Wegen eines Auszuges sucht unsere WG wieder einen neuen Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug generalsaniert und ist demnach in Top Zustand. Das Bad, WC und die Küche wurden total erneuert (siehe Fotos).
Einzugstermin ist grundsätzlich flexibel, geplant wäre ab Mai. Falls das Zimmer schon früher benötigt wird, lässt sich aber bestimmt auch ein Kompromiss finden.
Unsere WG besteht aus lauter Maschinenbau Studenten im Masterstudium.
Wenn du Interesse hast melde dich schnell. Erfahrungsgemäß sind die Zimmer immer sehr schnell vergeben!
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Sparbersbachgasse in St. Leonhard und ist demnach sehr nahe an der TU wie auch an der KF (~5min mit dem Fahrrad). Zusätzlich befindet sich im selben Haus ein Billa und davor eine Bim Station.
