Das Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist etwa 18m2 groß (6m x 3m) mit schönem Fischgrätenparkett, hohen Wänden und Blick in den Innenhof (eine echte Grünoase mitten in der Stadt). Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und liegt Richtung Süd-Westen, also Nachmittagssonne. Die Miete beträgt 380€ inkl. Betriebskosten, Strom, Heizung.
Zur Wohnung
Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist ca. 100m2 groß. Bad mit Badewanne und getrenntes WC. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit neuen Geräten - Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und einer gemütlichen Essnische. Einen 8m2 großen Balkon in den grünen Innenhof mit Sonne den ganzen Nachmittag gibt es auch noch. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Abstellkammern und zwei Kellerabteile, also genügend Stauraum. Eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
Eine kleine Katze haben wir auch.

The Room
The room is 18m2 (6m x 3m) with parquet floor and high ceilings. The room is oriented towards the inner garden and therefore very calm. The rent is 380€ all charges included.
The apartment
The apartment is on the first floor and about 100m2 big. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and a separate WC. There is also a balcony (8m2) towards the inner garden with sun the entire afternoon.
Furthermore we have a little cat.
Beste Lage
Die Wohnung ist gleich neben dem Schillerplatz. Bäckerei Auer, Konditorei Philipp (bestes Eis in Graz!) sowie Apotheke gleich vor der Tür! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Spar, Billa, DM) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Nur 1min bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn- (Linie 3) und Bushaltestelle (61, 63, 64).
KFU, TU und Innenstadt sind jeweils in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar, LKH/Med Uni 10 Minuten. Auch mit den Öffis gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is located right next to Schillerplatz. Bakery, restaurants and pharmacy are right next door. 1min to the next public transportation system with direct connections to the centre, LKH/Med Uni, KFU and TU (or 5 min by bike).
