Das Zimmer hat 27qm und hat einen kleinen 2,5qm großen Balkon. (siehe Zimmer 2 im Grundriss)
Vom Balkon kann man direkt in die Reitschulgasse und auf den Dietrichsteinplatz schauen.
Durch die Doppeflügeltüre und breite Oberlichte ist es schön hell und sonnig.
Die Raumhöhe von 3,75m ist selbst für einen Altbau sehr hoch und lässt den Raum riesig wirken.
Einige Möbel werden im Zimmer bleiben falls sie benötigt werden, da ich sie in meiner neuen Wohnung nicht brauchen kann (ist aber kein muss und können wir uns noch ausreden was benötigt wird).

The room has 27sqm and has a small 2.5sqm balcony. (see room 2 in the floor plan)
From the balcony you can look directly onto Reitschulgasse and Dietrichsteinplatz.
The double doors and wide skylight make the room bright and sunny.
The room height of 3.75m is very high even for an old building and makes the room look huge.
Some furniture will remain in the room if needed, as I can't use it in my new apartment (but this is not a must and we can still talk about what is needed).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super!
Die WG liegt in der Schlögelgasse, gleich hinter dem Dietrichsteinplatz in Richtung Kaiser-Josef-Platz. Zum Jakominiplatz sind es 300m.
Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist man schnell überall und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nicht weit weg.
(Dietrichsteinplatz, Kaiser-Josef-Platz oder Jakominiplatz sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten weg)
Alle Unis sind mit dem Rad in unter 10min erreichbar und auch mit den Öffis ist man sehr gut angebunden.
Der Spar am Dietrichsteinplatz ist in nur ein paar Minuten erreichbar, ansonsten gibt es noch einen großen Billa im Steirerhof (am Jakominiplatz) der ebenfalls in unter 5min zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Mo-Sa gibts es vormittags einen Bauernmarkt am Kaiser-Josef-Platz der sehr empfehlenswert ist.
Weiters sind Pamukkale, Wilding und das Sägewerk direkt ums Eck ...

The location of the apartment is great!
The flat is located in Schlögelgasse, just behind Dietrichsteinplatz in the direction of Kaiser-Josef-Platz. Jakominiplatz is 300m away.
You can get everywhere quickly on foot or by bike and public transport is not far away either.
(Dietrichsteinplatz, Kaiser-Josef-Platz or Jakominiplatz are only a few minutes away on foot)
All universities can be reached by bike in under 10 minutes and you are also very well connected by public transport.
The Spar supermarket on Dietrichsteinplatz can be reached in just a few minutes, otherwise there is a large Billa supermarket in the Steirerhof (on Jakominiplatz) which is also less than 5 minutes' walk away.
There is a farmers' market at Kaiser-Josef-Platz on Monday-Saturday mornings which is highly recommended.
Pamukkale, Wilding and Sägewerk are also just around the corner ...

Leider löst sich unserer WG höchstwahrscheinlich mit Ende Mai auf.
Da ich schon früher ausziehe (mit 01.03.) suche ich vorübergehend nach einem Untermieter für die letzen Monate.
Zeitlich flexibel und auch den Preis können wir noch verhandeln.
Die Möglichkeit die ganze WG zu übernehmen und eine Neugründung durchzuführen besteht.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Til (25), Anna (25) und Samuel (25). Anna und Samuel haben bald fertig studiert und Til ist genau mittendrin. Alle drei sind recht sportlich und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Das Leben in der WG ist im Allgemeinen entspannt und sozial. Regelmäßig wird gemeinsam gekocht und vor allem abends etwas gemeinsam unternommen (von Fortgehen bis Kartenspielen ist alles dabei). Die Küche ist dabei der Treffpunkt wo nicht nur gekocht, sondern auch gern zusammengesessen und getratsch wird. Falls du mal deine Ruhe brauchst wird das natürlich auch akzeptiert :)
Am besten machst du dir aber bei einer WG Besichtigung selbst ein Bild ;)

Unfortunately, our shared flat will most likely be dissolved at the end of May.
As I am moving out earlier (on March 1st), I am temporarily looking for a subtenant for the last few months.
I am flexible in terms of time and we can still negotiate the price.
There is the possibility of taking over the whole flat share and setting up a new one.
You share the apartment with Til (25), Anna (25) and Samuel (25). Anna and Samuel will soon have finished their studies and Til is right in the middle of it. All three are quite sporty and always up for a bit of fun. Life in the shared flat is generally relaxed and social. We regularly cook together and do things together, especially in the evenings (everything from going out to playing cards). The kitchen is the meeting place where people not only cook, but also enjoy sitting together and gossiping. If you need some peace and quiet, this is of course also accepted :)
But the best way to see for yourself is to visit the flat share ;)

Die Wohnung wurde im Herbst 2014 neu renoviert und ist daher noch in gutem und schönen Zustand.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder incl. Fußbodenheizung, was bei 4 Bewohnern sehr praktisch ist.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, großer Küche mit Herd und Ofen, Kühlschrank + großem Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, ...).
