Unsere 150m2 Studenten, Kleinkind und Katzen WG, bestehend aus Simon (25), Elena (25), Daniel (23), Linnéa (1) und den Katzen Suri und Moose, sucht ab Juli eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung bietet: ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, einen großen Balkon, viel Holz, einen Kachelofen, zwei Stockwerke und eine ideale Lage am Kaiser Josef Platz. Wir bieten: gute Gespräche, Musik machen/hören, gemeinsames Kaffee trinken oder Kochen, uvm.
Das Zimmer ist ca.16 m2, hat zwei Fenster mit Blick auf den Schlossberg und bei Bedarf kann auch das eine oder andere Möbelstück bleiben.
Unser/e neue/r Mitbewohner/in sollte tier/kinderlieb, sauber und kontaktfreudig sein.
We, that is Elena(25), Daniel(23), Simon(25), Linnéa(1) and our 2 cats Suri and Moose, are looking for a new roommate. Our flat has a total size of 150m2 and is located in the center of Graz next to the opera and the citypark. Everyone has their private room but we also have a big livingroom and a nice, green balcony where we like to hang out together :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Kaiser Joseph Platz. Der Stadtpark liegt also direkt vor der Tür und auch in die Innenstadt geht man nur wenige Minuten. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Oper) geht man ca. 1 Minute.
Obwohl die Wohnung direkt in der Stadt liegt, ist es im Dachgeschoss angenehm leise :)
