Da ich wegen einem Auslandssemester vom 9.7. 2019 bis 4.2.2020 nicht im Lande sein werde, steht für diesen Zeitraum mein WG-Zimmer zur Verfügung!
Dabei handelt es sich um ein super gemütliches 18m^2 Zimmer (gemütlich nicht ausschließlich wegen meinem großen feinen Bett und kleiner Eckcouch) in einer Altbau-2er WG. Es ist südwestlich in einen schönen grünen Garten ausgerichtet, womit es sehr hell und ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Rechbauerstraße und somit sehr zentral – zu Fuß ist man zum Beispiel in zirka 14 min beim Jakominiplatz und 8 min beim Stadtpark und sowohl die alte als auch die neue TU liegen fast um die Ecke. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch eine Straßenbahn Station mit Linien, die direkt zum Bahnhof führen.
Abgesehen von meinem Zimmer hat die Wohnung ein Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar mit kleinem Geschirrspüler ☝🏼) und einen herrlichen Balkon auf dem man sich gut entspannen kann :)
Miete ist alles inklusive 325€. Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete.

As I am going on a semester abroad, my room in a shared flat will be available between 9.7.2019 and 4.2.2020!
It’s a super cozy 18m^2 room (especially, but not only, due to my huge and comfy bed and the small couch) in a lovely old building-two bedroom flat. Its window looks out into the beautiful sunny garden. Therefore, you get a lot of natural light and it is quite calm and quiet.
The flat is located in the Rechbauerstraße which is very central – by foot you need approximately 14 min to Jakominiplatz and 8 min to the park. Additionally, the old as well as the new Technical University are almost around the corner. Literally around the corner is a tramway station with connections directly to the main train station.
Apart from my room there is also a living room, a pretty well equipped kitchen (even with a small dishwasher ☝🏼) and a lovely balcony which is ideal to relax on.
Rent is all in all 325€. Security deposit is one month’s rent (aka also 325€).
