Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, die TU Graz befindet sich direkt gegenüber (Alte Technik), die Neue Technik ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, Karl Franzens Universität nur 5-10 Rad-Minuten entfernt - ideal für Studenten. Kaiser-Josef-Platz, Jakominiplatz, Herrengasse, Hauptplatz sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermärkte, Apotheke, Post, etc. sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, am Kaiser-Josef-Platz ist jeden Wochentag Marktbetrieb bis 13 Uhr. Viele Bars und Cafes in der Umgebung. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung: Linie 3 vor der Tür, mehrere Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen am Kaiser-Josef-Platz/Oper.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, fridge with a freezer compartment. Furthermore there is a pantry with shelves and a balcony overlooking the large courtyard.
SURROUDINGS
The location of the apartment is in the city center, right across the street is the Technical University (Rechbauerstraße), the new campus is just a few minutes walking distance away. The Karl-Franzens-University is easily accessible by bike (5-10 minutes) - the location is ideal for (exchange)students. All necessary facilities (supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, farmer's market, etc.) are really close by. There are also a bunch of bars and cafes nearby. Public transportation: Tram line 3 is across the street, numerous bus lines and other tram lines can be found on Kaiser-Josef-Platz (3 minutes away).
