Kleines aber feines Zimmer - die hohen Decken der Altbauwohnung erlauben jedoch ein Hochbett (schon vorhanden), wodurch praktisch 2 Etagen genutzt werden können. Das Hochbett wurde von einem Tischler angefertigt und kann übernommen (kostenlos). Unterhalb befindet sich die Wohn/Arbeitsfläche. Ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel, ein Buchregal, Sofabett und 2 Kästen können (kostenlos) übernommen werden, sowie Matratze, Decke, Bettwäsche und Polster (alles fast neu und sehr wenig verwendet). Das Zimmer ist südseitig ausgerichtet und bietet aufgrund des großen Fensters ein angenehmes helles Wohngefühl. Alles in allem ein kleines Zimmer mit doppelt so viel nutzbarem Platz und Gemütlichkeit für sehr wenig Geld :)
Zimmer steht ab Marz zur Verfügung (flexibel) und kann jederzeit besichtigt werden. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du dich bei uns meldest!
A small but cosy loft room in front of a bakery! The room has everything you need - from a couch/bed for guests, to wardrobes, queen size mattress on the second floor, lamps etc. Everything included in the rent - small price big gain <3 Available from March ; flexible dates, including short rent March-April. Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbaus direkt neben der Haltestelle Krenngasse der Straßenbahnlinie 3 (die Straßenbahn hört man kaum bis gar nicht). Zur TU und Sprachenuniversität braucht man ca. 5 Min zu Fuß und zur KF sind es ca. 5 Min mit dem Rad, genauso wie ins Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, Lidl, DM, Trafik) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Konditorei und ein griechisches Restaurant. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, da die angrenzende Straße wenig befahren wird.
2nd floor, right next to the end stop of the 3 tram line; 5 min walk from TU, 5ish from KF by bike; supermarkets in the nearby. Quiet and safe area.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Petar (31) und Michael (24). Die WG ist keine Zweck WG und es wäre schön, wenn man etwas gemeinsam unternimmt. Natürlich wird aber auch Privatsphäre gewährleistet.
We watch movies without fighting during the selection process; we learnt how to play GO chess (almost); we cook food together - but we also study lots in our own rooms, enjoy our private sphere, and respect each other's spaces:)
Die Küche ist eine Wohnküche mit einem großen Tisch, Kühlschrank, und alles was man so braucht. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich auch in der Wohnung. Bad mit Dusche und WC sind getrennt.
