Das Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert und verfügt über ein eigenes Balkon.
Es ist eine sehr entspannte 3er Studenten WG und man kann ohne irgendwelche Störungen lernen/arbeiten.
Die WG hat eine sehr helle Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette.
Eine Waschmaschine ist im Badezimmer vorhanden.
Für mehr Stauraum gibt es ein eigenes Kellerabteil, des Weiteren ist die Wohnung auch mit Lift zu erreichen.

The flat has a very bright kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
For more storage space there is a private cellar, and the apartment is also accessible by lift.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle Unis sind ungefähr 10-15 min zu Fuß entfernt und die Haltestelle Merangasse, welche von den Bims 1 und 7 (sowie Buslinien 63 und 64) angefahren wird, ist genau um die Ecke.
Ebenfalls gibt es in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie einen, zu Fuß in 2 Min erreichbaren, Spar und Billa.
Für die Freizeit sind Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe vorhanden. Für physische Aktivitäte ist die Sportunion-Halle etwa 50m entfernt.

The flat is located in the area of St. Leonhard, just next to the Merangasse tram/bus stop, which is serviced by the tram lines 1 and 7 (as well as the bus lines 63 and 64).
All Universities are about 5-10 minutes away walking and there are a Spar and a Billa quite nearby. For leisure time there are nice bars and restaurants nearby. For physical activities the Sportunion hall is just 50m away.

Du würdest mit mir, einem Biomedical Engineering Master Student und Teilzeit Arbeiter zusammenwohnen. Ich kann Deutsch, Englisch, Bulgarisch und auch ein ganz kleines bisschen Spanisch/Französisch. Ich bin ziemlich entspannt, habe auch gerne Unterhaltungen mit meinen MitbewohnerInnen oder ab und zu einfach so ein Bier. Letzteres gilt natürlich doppelt für die heißen Sommermonate. :D Man kann ohne Probleme lernen und wird nirgendwie gestört. Richtige Partys wurden inzwischen länger nicht mehr veranstaltet, aber es hat nie Probleme damit gegeben, so lange es nicht Mitte in der Prüfungszeit ist. Manchmal können wir auch gerne zusammenkochen, je nach dem wie viel Freizeit man hat. :)

You would live with me, a biomedical engineering Master's student and a part-time worker. I speak German, English, Bulgarian, and a tiny little bit of Spanish/French. I'm quite chill, I like to have conversations with my flatmates or a the occasional beer every now and then. The last one holds with double power for the hot summer months. :D Studying should be without any problems and you wouldn't be bothered in any way. There haven't been any real parties in awhile now, but there is definitely nothing against it, just not split in the middle during exam time. Sometimes we could also cook together depending on our free time. :)
