Ab Juni wird in unserer WG in der Merangasse ein Zimmer frei. Die sanierte Altbauwohnung begeistert vorallem mit ihrer tollen Lage in Mitten des Univiertels. Die Karl-Franzens-Universität ist in 8min zu Fuß erreichbar und direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und eine Bimstation. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Die WG ist keine Zweck-Wg, sehr gerne wird gemeinsam gekocht aber auch Spieleabende und einfach zusammensitzen und etwas Trinken stehen oft am Programm!
Bitte einfach anschreiben für Details und und dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen! Im Zimmer sind einige Möbel vorhanden die gerne abgelöst werden können. (Sofa, Kasten, Wandregale, 2 Kallaxregale, Vorhänge) Alle Möbel sind neuwertig und in sehr guten Zustand! Gesamt hätte ich gerne 320€ wobei einzelne Stücke verhandlungs Spielraum haben!
