Da ich von Februar bis Juli auf Ausslandssemester bin, suche ich nach eine*r Zwischenmieter*in für dieses schöne Zimmer. Dein neues Zimmer, in einer atmosphärischen Altbauwohnung, bietet dir auf 25 Quadratmetern genug Platz zum atmen, lernen und chillen. Der Raum hat zwei Fenster und ist tagsüber daher sehr hell beleuchtet. Im Zimmer stehen dir ein großes Bett, zwei Couches, ein Bildschirm, ein Schreibtisch, ein Wohnzimmertisch, ein Kleiderschrank und drei weitere Kästchen zur Verfügung. Zwei Heizkörper sorgen dafür, dass du schön warm bleibst und sollte es im Sommer zu warm werden, steht dir auch ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Die Wände sind weiß und du kannst sie gerne mit Postern oder Bildern verzieren (meine nehme ich gerne für dich runter).

In der Küche stehen dir unter anderem Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Toaster und Soda-Stream zur Verfügung. Im Badezimmer befinden sich sowohl eine Dusche, als auch eine Badewanne und auch eine Waschmaschine. Eines der Highlight der Wohnung ist der große Balkon, der von meinen Mitbewohner*innen herzlich dekoriert wird und im Frühling und im Sommer eine gemütliche Wohlfühloase darstellt. Auf den Fotos sind überall in der Wohnung noch dekorative Schnurrbärte zu sehen, diese sind noch Überbleibsel von der letzten Party und bleiben nicht permanent an den Wänden :D

Since I'm going on a semester abroad from February to July, I'm looking for a temporary tenant for this beautiful room. Your new room, in an atmospheric Altbau building, offers you enough space to breathe, learn and chill on 25 square meters. The room has two windows and is therefore very brightly lit during the day. In the room you have a large bed, two couches, a screen, a desk, a coffee table, a wardrobe and three other boxes. Two radiators ensure that you stay nice and warm and if it gets too warm during summer, there is also a fan at your disposal. The walls are white and feel free to decorate them with posters or pictures (I'll take mine down for you).
I would be happy to show you the room in detail in a video call.
The kitchen is, among other things, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster and soda stream. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub and also a washing machine. One of the highlights of the apartment is the large balcony, which is warmly decorated by my roommates and is a cozy oasis during spring and summer. In the photos you can still see decorative mustaches everywhere in the apartment, these are leftovers from the last party and don't stay on the walls permanently :D

Auch der Stadtpark ist nicht mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und läd jederzeit zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen ein.
Solltest du auf Partys stehen, gibt es keine bessere Lage als direkt im Univiertel zu wohnen. Der nächste Klub ist bereits auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Du wirst in einer sehr liebenswerten Wohngemeinschaft mit drei Mediziner*innen leben. Wir sind eine sehr lebhafte WG und verbringen viel Zeit miteinander. Ob bei Brettspielen, Filmabenden, gemeinsamen Lernsessions, Kochabenteuern oder Partys du wirst sehr viel Spaß mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen haben. Ich könnte mehrere Paragraphen über meine Freund*innen schreiben, aber am besten lernst du sie in einem persönlichen Gespräch selbst kennen. Hier eine kurze Preview:

leidenschaftliche Pfadfinderin und Pflanzenmutter. Klettert gern und oft. Unterhält sich gerne auch auf französisch mit dir.

gutmütige Seelsorgerin und Pflanzenmutter. Klettert ebenfalls gern und oft. Ständig am kreativen Schaffen.
Laurin (m, 25),
heißblütiger Tänzer und Partyrakete. Kann zu einem gemeinsamen Bier nie "Nein" sagen. Unterhält sich gern auf Ungarisch mit dir.

You will live in a very lovable shared flat with three soon-to-be-doctors. All of them speak English fluently. We are a very lively flat and share and spend a lot of time together. Whether it's board games, movie nights, joint learning sessions, cooking adventures or parties, you'll have a lot of fun with my roommates. I could write several paragraphs about my friends, but the best way to get to know them is through a personal conversation. Here is a short preview:

Das Zimmer ist verfügbar von 05. Februar bis Anfang Juli 2023. Falls du ein anderes Einzieh/Ausziehdatum benötigst, können wir gern darüber reden. Ich würde dich bitten eine kleine Kaution zu bezahlen, da ich dir meine Möbel hinterlasse. Diese bekommst du natürlich am Ende deiner Zwischenmiete zurück.

The room is available from February 5th to early July 2023. If you require a different move-in/move-out date, we are happy to discuss it. I would ask you to pay a small deposit as I will leave my furniture in the room. You will of course get this back at the end of your rental period.
