Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und das eine Fenster geht zum Garten, welcher auch mitgenutzt werden kann. Durch das Hochbett hat man hier sonst viel Platz.
Die Lage ist echt super. Fast direkt bei der Kunstuni, 10min zu Fuß zur KFU und 5bis 10min zur alten TU.
Spar und Billa sind auch Fußläufig zu erreichen und bis Lidl sind es 6min mit dem Fahrrad.
In der Wohnung wohnen bisher Alexa und Paul. Alexa studiert wie ich Psychologie. Wir haben uns immer sehr gut verstanden und gerne zusammen gekocht.
Paul arbeitet viel und ist daher wenig zu Hause. Also kann man sagen, dass das WG-Leben eher ruhig ist.
Die Miete beträgt zurzeit 322€ da schon die Erhöhung mit den stromkosten etc kam. Es kann aber gut sein, dass das Zimmer ab März wieder günstiger wird und man ggf noch eine Rückzahlung von Februar bekommt.
Das WC ist extra und das Bad wird bald erneuert. :)
