hello! :)
I am moving out from Graz and planning to do my thesis somewhere else, I am renting out my room.
Important to note: not sub-renting.
The room is 12 square meters, has a high ceiling, is not too big but cozy, and receives a lot of direct sunlight.
I will leave all of the furniture for a takeover fee of EUR 350. I will also leave the houseplants if you want to take care of them :)
The furniture includes: the mattress (140x200 cm), bed frame, shelves, lamps, desk, and wardrobe. You will find all basic furniture you would possibly need in the room :)
Some other information about the apartment:
- There is 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, separated
- There is no living room, but the kitchen is big enough for a WG hangout and a small party ;)
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cutleries
- There is a balcony and a big garden, perfect for spring
The apartment is located in Schillerplatz, close to the University of Graz. It will take you 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes by walking, highly suitable for students.
Additionally, the apartment is next to a bus stop (line 61, 63, 64) and tram stop (line 3, 23), which can take you directly to the city center and hauptbahnhof.
You will live with 3 other girls: Caro (24), Carina (25) who are both students in Sustainability studies, and Lea (23) studying architecture. Everyone is very considerate and flexible, speaking both German and English. Cleanliness is important for us, that's why we have a cleaning task schedule and we like to keep everything in order :)
When all of us have a bit more time off from the uni deadlines, we enjoy time for cooking/dinner/yoga together, and visitors are always welcome!
