Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 25qm und ist länglich geschnitten. Es hat es eine hohe Decke, was den Raum noch größer wirken lässt und einen Parkettboden mit Altbauflair.
Ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder ist im Innenhof vorhanden. Bad und Klo sind getrennt voneinander.
Die nächste ÖffiStation (Bus) ist vor der Türe. Die nächste Bim Station (1,7) sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Du bist außerdem direkt im Univiertel und sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars als auch genug Snacks gibts um die Ecke.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Paul (22), Lisa (20) und Selina (19). Da wir selbst erst vor kurzem eingezogen sind und uns noch nicht super gut kennen ist noch nicht viel zu unserem WG Leben zu sagen. Es wird aber bestimmt ziemlich lustig und gemütlich.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und unmöbliert. Wir freuen uns auf deine Anfrage!
