Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer netten 4er WG im Stadtteil St. Peter Nähe TU.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und voll möbliert. Die restliche WG teilt sich auf in einen Vorraum, zwei Badezimmer (je 2 Personen teilen sich ein Bad) und eine gemütliche Wohnküche.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock, Lift ist vorhanden.
Die Miete liegt bei 290€ inklusive Betriebskosten.
Die Wohnanlage hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Bei Bedarf kann bei der Vermieterin ein Schrankenschlüssel dafür gelöst werden.
Die Ablöse für die Möbel beträgt 300€.
Gesucht wird auf Wunsch der Vermieterin ausschließlich ein männlicher Mitbewohner, am besten ein TU-Student.
Die TU Standorte Inffeldgasse und Petersgasse sind mit dem Fahrrad je 4-5 Minuten entfernt.
