In total the flat has 87m² and consists of the entry and a toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom with a second toilet, the living room with the kitchen and the 3 rooms on the first floor.
Your room is accessible from the living room.
Since, I go to Sweden next summer semester, the room is fully furnished, including: bed, wardrobe, shelves, office desk, chair, PC monitors and so on.
I can send you a more details list of items and furniture, so you can choose which ones you would like to have in your room (so I don't need to put them away ;) ).
The flat is located near the TU Graz Campus Infeldgasse (5-7 min. by bike, 15 min. on foot, I can leave you the bike if you want).
It is 15 min. by bike to TU Graz Campus Neue Technik and about 20 min. to Karl-Franzens-University Graz.
There is a bus station nearby, yet I don't go by bus usually - you can reach everything by bike and the weather is mostly ok.
The building itself is located beside a church, therefor there are free parking slots and a nice small park in front of the door.
Generally speaking the surrounding of the building is quite green even tough it is well located for reaching everything by bike.
You share the flat with two other persons, one studies Master's Degree Programme in Computer Science, the other has finished his degree in Sociology and works for a company in Vienna.
Beside the two human flat mates you have 2 animal flat mates. Two cats which will warmly welcome you whenever you enter the door.
Besides, even though I wrote this advertisement in English I for sure speak german as well, so feel free to contact me in your preferred language.
I wrote the time limit is the 30.07.2021. I return from Sweden on 30.06.2021 and would welcome it, if I could return to my flat immediately. But some exams at the universities are in July and therefore exchange students need to stay longer - I would stay at my parents for this period so you don't need to find a new flat, just for one month.
