Big spacious attic room in a big shared (recently renovated) villa in 8010 Waltendorf. The room is fully furnished with a view on the private garden. An own television, WIFI router is included in the room. The room door is lockable.
This room is with its 28 square meter the biggest room in the villa and has everything you need.
The house is located in the good, beautiful, quite neighborhood Waltendorf. The center of Graz is easily reachable with bicycle of public transportation. A bus station is around the corner. With the bicycle it takes you around 10 minutes to Jakomini Platz. To the Karl-Franzens-Universiteit an TU Graz you need around 10 minutes with the bicycle.
Unfortunately, Mathis who is living in the room now, has to move to Vienna. Therefore the room is free from the fist of February again.
In the house live Joram from the Netherlands, just graduated and started working at AVL in Graz. Tizian from Germany, also just graduated and working at Mercedes G in Graz. Maarten from the Netherlands, also just graduated and like Joram, working at AVL.
After work we like to eat together in our spacious living room, watching a movie, or chill on the couch.
Therefore we are looking for someone open and who wants to be part of the WG.
The complete house (200m2) including the surrounding big garden, long driveway, parking lots and garage is all ours. All the rooms are freshly painted and cleaned.
The monthly rent is 450 euro including everything. (including heating, electricity, WIFI, garbage, ect)
