Ich werde nächstes Semester auf Erasmus nach Norwegen gehen, wodurch mein WG – Zimmer von Anfang Juli bis Anfang Februar 2023 zur Verfügung steht. Ich bin diesbezüglich aber flexibel.
Fakten für dich von mir auf einen Blick:
• ein helles Zimmer rund 25m2 in einer Wohngemeinschaft (Tiefparterre)
• vollmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, ... siehe Fotos)
• Preis all inclusive € 404,- (Miete, Heizung, Strom, Internet, Möbel... keine Extrakosten)
• in der Nähe vom LKH (Adresse Wegenergasse 14/1, 8010 Graz)
• 1 liebe Mitbewohnerin (Jeanine, Alter: 24)
• Gemeinschaftsgarten
Was du mit deiner Mitbewohnerin teilst:

Gerne kann ich, wenn benötigt, Polster und Bettdecke, Bettwäsche, Handtücher im Zimmer lassen, so dass du selbst, solltest du auch Erasmusstudent sein, nicht so viel mitnehmen musst.

Hello,
because of my semester abroad my room in Graz is available for rent from July to February 2023. But I am kind of flexibel, so we can talk about the timeline.
Facts:
- one room 53m2 in a shared apartment (attic)
- fully furnished (bed cm, desk, closet, ... see photos)
- price all in € 404,- (rent, heating, electricity, internet, ... no extra costs)
- nearby the hospital (address Wegenergasse 14/1, 8010 Graz)
- 1 lovely flatmate (student, age: 24)
What you have to share with your roommate:
- Kitchen (no dishwasher)
- bathroom, WC
- washing machine
Extras:
I can leave beddings, towels, a cloth drying rack in the room, if needed, so that you don't have to bring so much with you, if you are also an Erasmus student.

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ein bisschen außerhalb von Graz. Generell ist man in 15 – 20 Minuten Gehzeit im Stadtzentrum. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Zur Universität Graz sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und mit dem Bus ca. 7 Minuten.
Die Küche in der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Herd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher). Allerdings gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Für deine Lebensmittel hast du den Kühlschrank und nebenbei ein Regal.
Das Badezimmer (mit Fenster) und das WC (ohne Fenster) sind getrennte Räume. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne/Dusche, Waschbecken und neuer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Du hast auch ein Fach im Bad für deine Sachen.
Allgemein ist die Wohnung nicht neu renoviert. Küche, Bad und WC sind etwas älter, aber alles funktioniert bisher ohne Probleme. Sollte etwas kaputt werden, kann man sich jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit einem kleinen Spielplatz, Hochbeet sowie Sitzgelegenheiten. Somit ideal, falls du gerne Zeit im Freien verbringst und einen grünen Daumen hast.
The apartment:
The apartment is located in a quietarea a bit outside of Graz. Generally, you can walk to the citycenter in 15 – 20 minutes. Theconnection to public transport isexcellent. The University of Graz isabout 10 minutes on foot and about7 minutes by bus.
The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle). However, there is no dishwasher. For your groceries you have the fridge and a shelf.
The bathroom (with window) and the toilet (without window) are separate rooms. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub/shower, sink and new washing machine. You also have a compartment in the bathroom for your things.
Generally, the apartment is notnewly renovated. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are a bit older, but everything works without problems so far. Should something be broken, you can always contact the landlord. There is also acommunal garden with a small playground, raised beds and seating. This makes it ideal if you like to spend time outdoors and have a green thumb.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist generell sehr entspannt. Falls es die Zeit zulässt sitzen wir gerne mal zusammen. Da wir aber beide studieren und Jeanine unter anderem bereits als Lehrerin in einer Schule arbeitet, ist dies immer seltener der Fall. Ich würde uns als entspannt, offen und lebenslustig bezeichnen.

Living together in the flat is generally very relaxed. If time permits, we’d like to sit together. But since we are both studying andJeanine already works as a teacher in a school, this is less and less thecase. I would describe us as relaxed, open - minded and lively.
