Hallöchen, my name is Sabrina, I am 29 years old and move to Graz as part of my doctoral thesis. I am currently working on my PhD in the field of diabetes, sports and lifestyle and look forward to the intensive research phase that leads me to the beautiful city of Graz.
So I'm looking from 1. September a quiet and well maintained 1 bedroom apartment – ideally in a central location or with good connection to public transport. A desk or space to work would be ideal as I (if I'm not in the lab) will spend a lot of time reading and writing.
I am non-smoker, quiet, neat and great value for a harmonious rental relationship. Through my scholarship and an additional employment at the university, a regular income is guaranteed, and of course I carefully deal with the living room.

Daher suche ich ab 1. September eine ruhige und gepflegte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung– idealerweise in zentraler Lage oder mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Ein Schreibtisch oder Platz zum Arbeiten wäre ideal, da ich (wenn ich nicht gerade im Labor stehe) viel Zeit mit Lesen und Schreiben verbringen werde.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin, ruhig, ordentlich und lege großen Wert auf ein harmonisches Mietverhältnis. Durch mein Stipendium und eine zusätzliche Anstellung an der Universität ist ein regelmäßiges Einkommen gesichert, und selbstverständlich gehe ich sorgsam mit dem Wohnraum um.
