Das Zimmer wird zum 1. September frei. In der WG sind alle Zimmer ungefähr gleich groß, d.h. auch dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca. 18m^2. Das Zimmer ist recht hell, hat einen wunderschönen Holzboden und morgens wirst du von der Sonne geweckt.
Die Matraze gehört mir, aber alle andere Möbel würde in dem Zimmer bleiben (Schreibtisch, Sofa, Kleiderstand, und sonstige Schränke) :). Außerdem ist das Zimmer ein Semi-Durchgangszimmer, das heißt Kia läuft vielleicht ab und zu durchs Zimmer (die Tür ist allerdings direkt neben deiner Zimmertür, also er musst auf jeden Fall nicht dein komplettes Zimmer durchqueren :D). Allerdings hat sie auch eine extra Ausgangstür durch die sie zur Wohnungstür kommt, das heißt nachts oder wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, etc. könnt ihr das ganz individuell klären, wie es für dich passt.
The room will be free as of September 1st, although I am flexible. All rooms in the flat are roughly the same size including your future room, which is 18m^2. The room is bright, so you will rise with the sunlight and has an amazing wooden floor!
The Mattress belongs to me, but all other furniture in the Room will stay (Desk, Sofa, Clothes rack, and various Cabinets). Besides that, the room is a Semi-through room, that means Kia will sometimes go through your room to enter her room. The doors are right next to each other so she doesn't have to walk through the entirety of your room, just the small front bit. It should also be mentioned that Kia can use another door that goes out to the hallway from her room, so if it's night or you just want some peace and quiet, she doesn't have to go through your room. It always worked fine for me because we just individually discussed the norms for going in and out of the room :).
Wer Graz kennt weiß: die Wohnung könnte besser nicht liegen. Die Zinzendorfgasse liegt 5 Gehminuten von der KFU entfernt, liegt direkt am Stadtpark und auch in die Innenstadt brauchst du zu Fuß nicht länger als 10min.
In der Zinzendorfgasse gibt es viele Cafes, Restaurants/Bars und auch einen SPAR zum Einkaufen. Es ist also alles da, was man so zum Leben braucht.
If you know Graz, you'll know that this flat could not be in a better location. Zinzendorfgasse is 5 minutes from the KFU, is directly on Stadtpark, and you only need 10 minutes or less to get the the city center. On our street there are also plenty of Cafes, Restaurants/bars, and also a SPAR for grocery shopping. Everything you could ever want is right here :)
Deine Mitbewohner werden Jana (Global Studies, 28), Kia (Gender Studies, 25) und Ruben (Psychologie, 30) sein.
Die WG ist für jeden Spaß und jeden Deep Talk zu haben, immer offen für Bier, Spritzer, O-Saft oder Kaffee. Zwischen Wandern gehen, auf dem Balkon die Sonne genießen oder Eine rauchen, gemeinsam Kochen (oder eher: einer kocht, der Rest isst mit :D), bei Falafel, Federball im Park oder entspannter Film- oder Serienabend ist jeder eigentlich für jede Aktivität offen. Mit Ruben hast du auf jeden Fall neue Fitti-Buddies und falls du jemanden suchst, der noch verpeilter ist als du, dann bist du bei Jana immer genau richtig :D Zusätzlich haben wir ein rießiges Wohnzimmer, das sich für alles mögliche eignet :)
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich also sehr familiär aber dennoch sehr frei, unkompliziert und ungezwungen, was ich hier sehr zu schätzen gelernt habe und natürlich hat trotzdem jeder sein eigenes Leben! :)
Your future roommate will be Jana (Global Studies, 28), Kia (Gender Studies, 25), and Ruben (Psychology, 30). The flat is open for everything fun, deep talks, having a beer, spritzer, Orange juice or Coffee. Going hiking, chilling on the Balcony, enjoying the Sun, smoking, cooking together, getting Falafel, Federball in the park, or a relaxing evening watching a film or series are just some of the fun activities we often do together. Ruben can be your new fitness-buddy, but in case that is not your thing then Jana might be more your speed :). We have a very lively flat that is open to everyone and whatever your thing is.
The flat life is uncomplicated, casual, and very open to whoever is here. We like to think of ourselves as a little family and you will surely make friends for life ;)
