Helles 12m² Zimmer in Altbauwohnung im 2.OG mit schönem Parkettboden. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht so groß, dafür gibt es ein großes Wohn/Esszimmer mit Ecksofa welche von allen Bewohnern gerne genutzt wird.
In der Küche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler und alles mögliche an Küchengeräten.
Zusätzlich gibt es eine Abstelllkammer mit viel Platz für Lebensmittel und Co.
Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet und die Toilette ist extra.

Bright 12m² room in an old building apartment on the 2nd floor with beautiful parquet floors. The room is not that big, but there is a large living/dining room with a corner sofa, which all residents like to use.
In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and all sorts of kitchen appliances.
There is also a storage room with plenty of space for groceries etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine and the toilet is extra.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Stadtpark, an der Grenze zum Univiertel. Partytiger und Univiertel-Fans haben also einen kurzen Heimweg ;).
Alte Technik ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreicht, zur KF benötigt man in etwa 10 Minuten.
Jakominiplatz, Hauptplatz bzw. Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten.
Innerhalb von 100m befindet sich die Haltestelle Maiffredygasse mit den Linien 1 und 7 für all jene die lieber mit den Öffis unterwegs sind.
Ansonsten erreicht man wie immer alles bequem und schnell mit dem Rad, Neue Technik in 5 Minuten und Inffeldgasse in max. 10 Minuten.
Einkauftechnisch befindet sich direkt neben der oben genannten Haltestelle ein Spar. Ansonsten kann man auch in die Innenstadt für den Einkauf gehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Grenze zum Univiertel, das "Motion" ist auf der anderen Seite der angrenzenden Kreuzung.

The apartment is located directly opposite the city park, on the border with the university district. Party animals and university district fans have a short way home ;).
Alte Technik can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, and the KF takes around 10 minutes.
Jakominiplatz, main square and city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
Within 100m is the Maiffredygasse stop with lines 1 and 7 for those who prefer to travel by public transport.
Otherwise, as always, you can reach everything quickly and easily by bike, New Technology in 5 minutes and Inffeldgasse in max. 10 minutes.
In terms of shopping, there is a Spar right next to the stop mentioned above. Otherwise you can also go to the city center for shopping. The apartment is located right on the border with the university district, the "Motion" is on the other side of the adjacent intersection.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Grundsätzlich hat jeder sein eigenes Leben, aber man trifft sich oft und gerne nach der Arbeit in der Küche oder Wohnzimmer um zu plaudern.

Life in a shared apartment is very relaxed. Basically everyone has their own life, but people often like to meet in the kitchen or living room after work to chat.
Küchengeräte, Utensilien sowie sonstige Gebrauchsartikel werden über eine WG-Kassa verrechnet und sind von allen Bewohnern zu benutzen.
Im Innenhof gibt es ein überdachten Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Außerdem befinden sich Parkplätze, die von allen verwendet werden können.
In den Mietkosten ist auch bereits Internet, Strom, TV und Heizung inkludiert.
Die Möbel im Zimmer können nach Absprache gegen Aufpreis übernommen werden
Kontaktaufnahme am liebsten über Whatsapp. Anrufen ist natürlich auch ok :).
Besichtigung kann über Videokonferenz durchgeführt werden. Die beiden Mitbewohner sind dann auch dabei ihr euch kennenlernen könnt.
