Welcome to our nice flatshare! In this apartment with high ceilings, there are three people and we are looking for a new flatmate for my 17m² room. I just left and painted the wall new. Now it is ready for you!
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Von der Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße aus, befindet sie sich auf Höhe des Finanzamts. Zum Jakominiplatz geht man zu Fuß 7min, zur TU Graz Neue Technik etwa 10min. Das Fahrrad kann vor der Türe geparkt werden.
The flat is located in the center of the city. Starting from the Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße, the flat is located behind the governmental building for finances. You can reach (the central traffic point of Graz) Jakominiplatz in 7 minutes by foot. TU Graz New Campus can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. If you prefer to ride a bike, you can park it in front of the building.
Ein Mitbewohner hat technische Chemie studiert und arbeitet gerade die ersten Wochen bei einem Grazer Unternehmen.
Der andere Mitbewohner kommt aus Spanien und schließt zurzeit sein Doktoratsstudium in Mathematik an der TU Neue Technik ab. Seine Freundin lernte er beim Studium kennen und hat nun nach Abschluss des Studiums eine Teilzeitarbeit als Data Scientist angenommen. Sie wohnen gemeinsam im größten Zimmer der WG.
Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß gemeinsam. In kleinen Initiativen haben wir gemeinsam gekocht, gemalt, Computer gespielt und viele Stunden getratscht. Das alles natürlich ungezwungen und entsprechend wie die Leute Zeit haben.
One flatmate studied chemistry at the University of Technology and now works as technician at some company in Graz.
The other flatmate comes from Spain and currently finishes his PhD studies in mathematics at the University of Technology (new campus). He got to know his girlfriend from his studies and has a part-time job as data scientist after finishing her studies. They live together in the largest room of the flatshare.
We had a lot of fun together. In small initiatives we cooked, painted, chatted and play computer games together. Of course, everything was done voluntarily and based on available leisure time.
Ein schöner grüner Garten ist Teil des Gebäudes und wird von der Vermieterin gepflegt, die im gleichen Haus wohnt. Nennt man das Datum der Vermieterin, kann er sogar für Parties genutzt werden.
Das Einzugsdatum mit 2025-04-01 kann auch vorverlegt werden.
A beautiful, green garden is part of the building. The landlady lives in the same building and maintains it. If you report the date to her, you can also use it for parties.
The handover date at 2025-04-01 can also be changed to an earlier date in March.
