hey,
meine mitbewohner und ich ziehen aus unsrer wunderschönen altbau 3er wg aus und suchen daher zwei neue mitbewohner/innen als nachmieter.
zimmer nummer 1. ist ca. 20m2 groß und zimmer nummer 2 ca.25 m2. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Schlossberg und den Augarten, der direkt an die Wohnung grenzt.
Der Jakominiplatz ist ca. 5 min. entfernt.
Also wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einer toll gelegenen Wohnung seid, entweder alleine oder zu zweit, meldet euch einfach.
Für weitere Frage stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.
